Brie Salagaras

Brie Salagaras is tri-accredited advanced sports dietitian, accredited exercise physiologist and credentialed Diabetes educator. She has worked as the lead dietitian for both AFL & NRL teams and in more recent years with the Australian Paralympic Swimming Teams and the Australian Paralympic Team for Paris 2024. She continues to work with the Queensland Academy of Sport and the Australian Cycling Team in the Action and Acceleration Centre of Excellence, alongside her role at the University of Sunshine Coast.

Brie is passionate about teaching others not only the fundamentals of sports nutrition but also the benefit of applied research within the elite sporting environment to provide innovative recommendations to help athletes perform their best.
