Our research addresses some of the world’s most significant challenges in health, the environment, and sustainability. A world‑first approved koala vaccine is one example of how our work translates into impactful, tangible outcomes.
With two major campuses at the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay, and three smaller campuses, we deliver quality education and outreach from Hervey Bay to the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
Our interstate campus at Adelaide strengthens our international profile and allows more students to access the UniSC study experience.
We are committed to ensuring university is accessible for all, with about two-thirds of UniSC students from equity groups, and almost 40 percent of our students the first in their families to attend university.
We continue to be driven by the needs of our local community. UniSC offers more than 150 programs which are strongly aligned with current and emerging needs in areas such as health, education, STEM and business.
Every year, our graduates leave us with job-ready skills and experience that add long-term tangible benefits to our communities and beyond.
We’ve invested more than $920 million in infrastructure across our campuses, centres and networks, consistently putting community needs at the forefront of our strategic planning.
And this is only the beginning.
Building on our outstanding national performance in student experience and teaching quality, our new teaching and learning model puts flexibility, choice and student success at its centre.
It is about equipping our students to adapt, contribute and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
At the same time, we will continue to advance research that translates into practical solutions to some of the world’s most pressing issues and strengthen partnerships that extend our impact locally, nationally and internationally.
