Can I receive a qualification while studying abroad?

Yes. Depending on your previous studies and eligibility for credit transfer, your study abroad program may lead to a recognised UniSC qualification, such as:

  • Undergraduate Certificate in General Studies

  • Diploma of General Studies

Our admissions team will assess your academic background and advise you on the most appropriate pathway.

UniSC also offers a range of Diploma (1-year) degree programs.

By choosing a UniSC’s Diploma program, on successful completion, you will graduate from UniSC with a recognised qualification from the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).

I'm a recent high school graduate. Can I apply?

Absolutely.

Study abroad at UniSC is a great option for students who have recently completed high school and are looking for an international study experience before committing to a full degree or returning to studies in their home country.

Eligible students may also have the opportunity to graduate with a recognised Australian qualification.

I'm currently enrolled at a university. Can I receive credit towards my degree at home?

Many students are able to receive credit towards their home degree for courses completed at UniSC.

As credit arrangements vary between institutions, we recommend checking with your home university before applying.

What if I don't have previous university study?

That's okay.

Some study abroad pathways are designed for students with little or no prior university study, including recent high school graduates and students taking a gap year.
