Waterpolo (January 2002)
Julian is a two time Olympian, representing his country in the fierce sport of waterpolo. Born in 1958 and moving to the Sunshine Coast shortly after, Julian was a permanent fixture in Australian teams over a five-year period.
He went to the 1980 Moscow Olympics and was involved in the highly successful LA campaign four years later. He competed at two world cups and two world championships. To cap his remarkable career, Julian was a member of the Queensland team between 1977 and 1986.
