Scholarship applications for Study Period 2 are now open and will close on 31 May 2026.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by August 31, 2026.
The GRC Civil Engineering Bursary will support a full-time student enrolled in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)(Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
GRC Civil (CIVLEC Pty Ltd) will fund one bursary each year in Study period 2, which will be paid to the recipient approximately 2-3 weeks after Census Date once enrolment is confirmed.
Please Note: This bursary is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor. If funding is not available in any given year, the bursary will not be awarded.
- Eligibility
- continuing student having successfully completed a minimum of 96 units
- enrolled full-time at the UniSC Sunshine Coast campus in a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)(Honours)
- minimum GPA (grade point average) of 4.5
- Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder or permanent resident of Australia

- academic merit
- participation in extra curricular or community activities
- interest in gaining work experience with GRC Civil (CIVLEC Pty Ltd) through an optional work placement opportunity
