Supporting documentation

Supplying supporting documentation with your university application helps us verify your eligibility for admission. The documents you need to supply will depend on your situation and the program you are applying for.  Check the entry requirements for your program in Courses and Programs.

Academic qualifications

If you have undertaken study at another tertiary institution that you would like considered for your application, you will need to provide a copy of your official transcript of study and evidence of completion.

UniSC accepts your shared credentials through My eQuals. By sharing your verified credentials through this trusted digital platform, you can securely and efficiently provide UniSC with your official academic documentation.

If your previous studies were undertaken in a language other than English, you will need to provide a certified translation of your academic documentation.

Professional experience

For some programs, professional experience can be used to gain admission to a program.  Some programs may require you to provide evidence that you are currently working in a specific field. For these programs you will need to provide a statement of service that:

  • is signed and dated by your employer
  • is on the employer’s official stationery/letterhead or from official email address
  • includes contact details of the person completing the statement
  • confirms the position/job title and the main duties performed
  • details the employment period, including start and end dates.

If you are self-employed, you may need to supply the following:

  • a copy of your business certificate of registration.
  • an official email or letter (on official stationery) from your accountant or solicitor, confirming your business and its nature.

Please note: A personal resume, curriculum vitae, pay slips or tax returns are not sufficient for assessment.

If you are applying for a program that requires evidence of industry registration, please provide a copy of your registration e.g. AHPRA.

English language proficiency

For admission to UniSC, all applicants (whether domestic or international) must provide evidence that their English language ability meets the minimum requirements for admission.
